For 3 years Vindus Fans will repair or replace any defective component or part that is causing the fan to not operate properly.

Vindus Fans will cover any defect from factory and premature failure. But Vindus Fans will NOT cover damage caused by using or installing the fan in an unintended manner.

Immediately turn off a fan with an issue and don’t use it until the problem have been resolved or the concern has been discussed with Vindus Fans.

Contact Vindus Fans or the authorized Vindus Fans dealer that you have purchased the fan from as soon as the issue is discovered.

When you contact Vindus Fans, the following information will be required from you: your name, address, phone number, address of the installation and a detailed description of the issue.

Once that the warranty claim is determined to be valid and a replacement part is required, the replacement part will be shipped to you. Included in the shipment of the replacement part will be any shipping labels and documents needed to return the original part, including a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
